How to Register for Youth Programs at Climber's Rock

Beginning in the Fall of 2021 we have a new (combined) online portal for all our programs, memberships, and day pass visitors. One account will give you access to everything we offer.

To register your child for a program at Climber's Rock, you (the child's parent or legal guardian) must first create a household account in your name. Children (minors) under the age of 18 are NOT permitted to create their own account.

To create a household account, visit

Parents/Legal Guardians enter your email address, telephone, and a password (for signing in) and click Create Account. A verification code will be emailed to you. Retrieve and enter the verification code and click Submit. You will then be able to set up your Household Account.

Parents/Legal Guardians enter your name, date of birth, address, phone, and emergency contact information. This will create an account for yourself (as head of your household).

To add your child to your household account, click Household > Add Household Member

Enter your child's name and date of birth and click Save.

Important *** A new waiver must be submitted for all accounts created in our new system.

To submit a waiver for a child under the age of 18, Parents or Legal Guardians click Sign Waiver, select Climber's Rock as the location, click the check box beside the child's name, and click Sign.

READ THE WAIVER IN ITS ENTIRETY AND INITIAL & SIGN WHERE INDICATED. Click "Agree to these terms" to complete waiver.

Parents or Legal Guardians, once you have a household account set up for yourself with all the names and birthdates for your children, you can use that account to register for any youth programs, memberships, day visits etc. When your child turns 18, they will sign their own waiver and can control their own account (or stay in your household account).

Academy Registration

  1. Sign in to the Climber's Rock Portal

  2. From the Homepage, select your child's age group:

    • Academy Tykes: Ages 4 - 6

    • Academy Start/Plus: Ages 7 - 13

    • Varsity: Ages 14 - 17

  3. Go to & Select all days (i.e. click the 1st to 31st) of any month of an Academy Session:

    • Autumn session begins in October

    • Winter session begins in January

    • Spring session begins in April

    • Summer session begins in July

  4. Select your preferred day & time to register for scheduled lessons

  5. Scroll to the Booking Requirements and add (+) one Youth Academy Registration

  6. Click Add to Cart and assign ticket to your child's name

  7. Review Terms & Conditions carefully - information regarding registration cancellation is included

  8. Click Checkout Now to submit payment to complete registration for selected class time and Academy session

We will use the contact information from your household account to follow up with additional information.
